Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 4cup boiled rice
  2. 1 cup Urad dal

Instructions

  1. soak water the rice& urad dal separately.
  2. Strain and grind both into a paste, separately.
  3. Mix the pastes together, add salt and little water if required.
  4. Ferment it for 8 hours.
  5. pour ladles of the batter into greased idli moulds, steam them for 15-20 minutes.
