Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 3cup
  2. Palak puree 1 cup
  3. Beetroot puree 1 cup
  4. Carrot puree 1 cup
  5. Turmeric 1 tsp
  6. Salt as required
  7. ajwain 2tsp
  8. Oil as required
  9. Simple processed cheeze for garnishing
  10. Curd 1 cup
  11. Oregano 1tsp
  12. Rock salt 1tsp
  13. Dried Mint leaves 4 no.
  14. Pomegrante for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a wheat flour in 3 separate bowls ( one cup in each bowl)
  2. Now add salt, ajwain, one tsp of oil ,in all the three bowls
  3. In first bowl add palak puree
  4. Add beetroot puree in second bowl
  5. And add turmeric and carrot puree in third bowl
  6. Mix all the ingredients in all the three bowls
  7. Knead it as smooth dough as of roti dough
  8. Make small balls from all the three dough.
  9. Take one dough ball from palak dough, one dough ball from beetroot dough and one ball from carrot dough.
  10. Make a long strip from every dough ball
  11. Join all the three colour strips of dough with each other
  12. Now roll the strips in circular shape as strips of laccha paratha
  13. Roll the dough ball similar as making the simple paratha
  14. Put the paratha in heating pan
  15. Put some ghee on paratha and cook till light brown on both the sides.
  16. Take out the paratha in plate
  17. Garnish paratha with some cheese
  18. Make similarly all the parathas
  19. For making cheesy mint curd: Take curd in a bowl
  20. Add dried crushed mint leaves, salt , oregano , pomegrante seeds and some cheese.
  21. Mix well all the ingredients
  22. Take the curd in serving bowl
  23. Garnish the curd with some cheese and pomegranete seeds.
