Ingredients to make Carrot stuffed parota

  • Carrot medium 3
  • Wheat flour 2 cup
  • Salt 1 1/4 spoon
  • 1/2 spoon jeera
  • Green chilly 1
  • Garlic 3_4 petals
  • water 1 cup.
  • Oil or ghee 1/4 bowl
  • Coriander leaves
  • I onion

How to make Carrot stuffed parota

  1. Take wheat flour and do chapatti dough by useing a cup water 1 small spoon salt and 3 spoon ghee .Close it and keep aside.
  2. Now cut carrots and onion clean garlic get ready to put in jar along 1/2 spoon jeera . Coriander leaves garlic and 1/4 spoon salt
  3. Don't put water. Here onions water only enough
  4. Now put into a bowl. Make chapatti balls
  5. Take a chapatti ball just enlarge that by your hand . put a spoon carrot masala. Close that . Roll on chapatti maker wood or stone by spreading little wheat . it is easy to roll.
  6. Now it is ready to heat
  7. Put this on heated tava . till brownish color both d side
  8. Now brownish color and gd smell comes within 1 1/2 minutes in medium flame. Place to Plate
  9. Ready to serve
