Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot medium 3
  2. Wheat flour 2 cup
  3. Salt 1 1/4 spoon
  4. 1/2 spoon jeera
  5. Green chilly 1
  6. Garlic 3_4 petals
  7. water 1 cup.
  8. Oil or ghee 1/4 bowl
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. I onion

Instructions

  1. Knead a soft dough by using a cup water 1 small spoon salt and 3 spoon ghee, along with wheat flour. cover and keep aside.
  2. Now add carrots, onions, garlic ,along with 1/2 spoon jeera in a mixer grinder. then add the Coriander leaves garlic and 1/4 spoon salt
  3. Don't put water. Here onions water is only enough
  4. Divide the dough into equal sized balls.
  5. Take a chapatti ball just flatten that by your hand . put a spoon carrot masala. Close that . Roll on chapatti maker wood or stone by spreading little wheat . it is easy to roll.
  6. Now it is ready to heat
  7. Put this on heated tava, add little oil and cook on both sides.
