A delightful and colourful puris for breakfast, a very attractive and crunchy snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Flour 3 bowl
  2. Semolina 3 table spoons
  3. Ginger chilli paste 1 table spoon
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper powder [pinch of ]
  6. Water as per required
  7. oil for deep fry
  8. Besan 3 table spoons
  9. Palak paste 3 table spoons
  10. Beet root paste 3 table spoons

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and the semolina together in a bowl, divide this into 3 parts, to one part, add black pepper powder,salt ,1 table spoon ginger chilli paste and Besan.. Knead a semi soft dough using water.
  2. To another part of the flour mix, addd Black pepper powder, salt, 1 table spoon ginger chilli paste and Palak paste. Knead a semi soft dough again.
  3. To the final part of the flour mix, add Black peeper powder, salt, 1 table spoon ginger chilli paste and beet root paste. Knead a semi soft dough again.
  4. Take small portions of different dough and Join them together, make a roundel and roll it out.
  5. Deep fry it in hot oil.
