Ingredients to make Multigrain Masala Roti

  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp pearl millet flour/bajra
  • 2 tbsp sorghum flour/ jowar
  • 2 tbsp gram flour/ besan
  • 1 cup spinach pureed raw in grinder
  • 1 cup carrots pureed raw in grinder
  • 1 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 inch ginger piece grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

How to make Multigrain Masala Roti

  1. Mix everything (all ingredients) properly with hands...
  2. Now knead this into a soft dough with hot water...
  3. Keep the dough as it is covered fr 15 minutes...
  4. Now roll small rotis...Thick or thin ur choice
  5. Make hole in centre...Shallow fry on griddle...
  6. enjoy hot with tea as snack...I relished with aaloo matar ki subzi Nd chatpata gajar Gobhi pickle...It's divine..
