  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 2 tbsp pearl millet flour/bajra
  • 2 tbsp sorghum flour/ jowar
  • 2 tbsp gram flour/ besan
  • 1 cup spinach pureed raw in grinder
  • 1 cup carrots pureed raw in grinder
  • 1 tsp dry pomegranate seeds
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 big onion chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 inch ginger piece grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil

  1. Mix everything (all ingredients) properly with hands...
  2. Now knead this into a soft dough with hot water...
  3. Keep the dough as it is covered fr 15 minutes...
  4. Now roll small rotis...Thick or thin ur choice
