Ingredients to make gond ke ladoo

  • 5 tbsp edible gum (gond)
  • 6 tbsp ghee
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup boora sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper roughly crushed
  • 3 tbsp almond chopped
  • 3 tbsp dry coconut grated
  • ghee for deep frying gond

How to make gond ke ladoo

  1. heat ghee in a non stick pan, add flour and roast it over medium flame for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
  2. keep aside to cool completely.
  3. heat the ghee for deep frying in a kadhai and deep fry the gond till the pieces puffs up.
  4. transfer this fried gond to a plate and allow it to cool.
  5. combine sugar, fried gond, almond, coconut, black pepper and flour in a deep bowl. mix well.
  6. divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each itno a medium round ball.
  7. serve or store in an air tight container.

I just love it.. Can I know if pregnant ladies can have those... Or we need to have only after delivery. Please suggest

these ladoos are eaten after delivery but if you want to have these during pregnancy then dont add gond. just make plan atta ladoos without gond.
