Ingredients to make Mughlai Paratha

  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • water as required
  • For filling:-
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • salt to taste

How to make Mughlai Paratha

  1. Make a soft dough using wheat flour by adding salt and carom seeds
  2. Now take 2 tbsp gram flour in a bowl...
  3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies , any other veggies if you like.
  4. make a batter of gram flour like we do for the pakoras.
  5. Now roll a big chapati out of dough and roast on the tawa.
  6. Roast on both the sides.
  7. put spoonful of besan batter on paratha and fold the paratha from all four sides...
  8. Roast on low flame from both sides...
  9. Yummy and crispy paratha and is ready to be relished...
