Ingredients to make Mughlai Paratha

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • Water as required
  • For filling:-
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 green chilli chopped
  • Salt to taste

How to make Mughlai Paratha

  1. Make a soft dough using wheat flour by adding salt Nd carom seeds
  2. Now take 2 tbsp gram flour in a bowl...
  3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies , any other veggies if u like
  4. make a batter of gram flour like V do fr pakora...
  5. Now roll a big chapati out of dough Nd put on tawa
  6. immediately flip the side
  7. put spoonful of besan batter on paratha and Nd fold the paratha from all four sides...
  8. Roast on low flame from both sides...
  9. Yummy Nd crispy paratha is ready to relish...
