ABOUT Dry fruits kheer RECIPE

A simple kheer made with rice and dry fruits .kaju mithai ground with little milk .

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Milk 1litre
  2. Rice Basamati 1 cup soaked
  3. Makhana 2tbsp chopped
  4. Almond 2tbsp chopped
  5. Kishmish 1tbsp
  6. Fig 4 chopped
  7. Kaju mithai 8
  8. Sugar 3/4 cup
  9. Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Jam on top for decoration

Instructions

  1. Boil milk
  2. Add rice
  3. Add dry fruits
  4. Grind mithai with little milk in a mixi and add in kheer
  5. Cook on slow heat
  6. Add sugar
  7. Stir till rice is soft
  8. Swith off gas
  9. Cool and grind the kheer with electric blender
  10. Add elaichi powder
  11. Pour in glass and add a drop of jam
  12. Cool and serve
