Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Paav - 6
  2. butter
  3. 2 potato
  4. 3-4 tomato
  5. Cabbage - 1/2 cup
  6. Green peas - 1/4 th cup
  7. 2 carrot
  8. Capsicum - 1
  9. curry leaves - 10
  10. Ginger - 1 inch
  11. Green chilly - 1
  12. Cauliflower - 1/4 th cup
  13. paneer - 1/2 cup
  14. Paav bhaazi masala - 2 tbsp
  15. Turmeric powder - 1/4 th tsp
  16. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  17. Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  18. Garam masala powder - 1/4 th tsp
  19. aamchur powder - 1 pinch
  20. coriander leaves
  21. Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the vegetables and mash them. keep aside.
  2. Grind the tomatoes with curry leaves, ginger and chillies into a puree.
  3. In a pan 1-1/2 tbsp oil put cumin seeds ,pav bhaji masala others spices like chilly powder,garam masala etc.
  4. Now add tomatto puree, aaneer pieces and mix boiled vegetable and salt
  5. Close the lid
  6. Garnish it with butter,green chilly,lemon and green chutney.
  7. Serve it hot with pav. Your pav bhaji is ready. Enjoy!
