This is eggless no maida chocolate brownie..my no fail recipe. Soft gooey and moist with no doubts..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour/ multigrain wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  3. 1 cup brown sugar/ powdered sugar
  4. 1 cup curd
  5. 1 tsp Baking powder
  6. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  7. 4 tbsp melted chocolate or chocolate chips
  8. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  9. 1/4 cup chopped roasted walnuts
  10. 1/2 cup oil any fragrance free oil..i used cannola oil

Instructions

  1. 1 CUP MULTIGRAIN WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP CURD 1/4 CUP COCOA POWDER 1TSP VANILLA ESSENCE 1/2 CUP OIL ANY FRAGRANCE FREE OIL. I USED CANNOLA OIL 1 TSP BAKING POWDER 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA 1 CUP BROWN SUGAR OR POWDERED SUGAR 1/4 CUP CHOPPED ROASTED WALNUTS 4 TBSP MELTED CHOCOLATE OR CHOCOLATE CHIPS
  2. SEIVE FLOUR, COCOA POWDER IN SEPERATE BOWL. IN ANOTHER BOWL ADD POWDERED SUGAR, CURD , VANILLA ESSENCE, AND OIL.
  3. ADD BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA IN DRY INGREDIENTS BOWL.
  4. MIX WET AND DRY INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.AND MIX IT WELL
  5. MIXTURE SHOULD BE THICK LIKE THIS NOT SLURRY LIKE CAKE BATTER. ADD CHOPPED ROASTED WALNUTS... KEEP SOME WALNUTS FOR GARNISHING.
  6. PREHEAT OVEN AT 180'C OR 360 F..
  7. SPREAD BROWNIE MIXTURE IN GREASE SQUARE PAN. GARNISH IT WITH CHOPPED WALNUTS.
  8. BAKE IT IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180'C FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES..
  9. CHECK IT IN BETWEEN. AFTER 35 MINUTES ITS DONE..
  10. NOW TOOTHPICK TEST..IT COMES OUT CLEAN IT DONE..
  11. BROWNIE IS DONE..MINE TOOK 35 MINUTES TO BAKE PROPERLY..YOU CAN ADJUST TIME AS PER YOUR OVEN SETTINGS. SERVE HOT BROWNIE WITH DRIZZLING CHOCOLATE SAUCE OVER IT. AND CHILLED BROWNIE WITH VANILLA ICE CREAM..
