Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Chicken breast 2-3 pcs
  2. Cream cheese, softened 2 pkgs
  3. Ranch dressing 1 cup
  4. Buffalo sauce 3/4 cup
  5. (or Pepper sauce) (3/4 cup)
  6. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1 1/2 cup)
  7. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  8. Celery, cut into 8cm sticks 1 bunch
  9. Crackers 1 box

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breast into 1 cm. cubes and boil for 15 minutes or until done, and then shredded(use a food possessor if you have one, it's much easier:
  2. Transfer shredded chicken in a skillet and mix with Buffalo or Pepper sauce and heat over medium heat until heated through.
  3. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook whilst stirring until well blended and warm.
  4. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and transfer mixture to a baking dish/pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and bread crumbs over the top and bake at 190℃ for about 15-20 minutes or until dip is heated through, and cheese is melted and bread crumbs are golden brown.
  5. Serve hot with celery sticks and crackers. Other vegetables sticks such as carrots or cucumbers work as well:) Entire recipe makes about 5 cups, good for 10-15 people.
