Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One bowl suji [semolina]
  2. Curd - 1/2 cup
  3. soya crunch ( boiled and sauteed in oil) - 1/2 cup
  4. One chopped tomato
  5. One chopped onion
  6. one chopped green chilli
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chopped coriander
  10. Oil

Instructions

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add suji,curd and water as required
  2. Mix well and make smooth batter
  3. Add chopped tomato, chopped onion,green chilli, chopped coriander,salt and black pepper.....mix well
  4. Rest for 10 mins
  5. Heat some oil in a pan, pour a ladle of the mixture, spread small Uttpam and cook from both side, serve.
