ABOUT Hariyali boti RECIPE

Hariyali boti is a delicious dish which contains boneless mutton pieces in green gravy made of Coriander and cashew paste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless mutton 250 gm
  2. Oil 3 tbsp
  3. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. Green chilly paste 2 tsp
  5. salt as per taste
  6. FOR GRAVY:
  7. Coriander a medium size bunch
  8. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  9. Cashew paste 1 tbsp
  10. Lemon 1 medium size
  11. Cumin powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take boneless mutton. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste, green chilly paste, salt and little water and keep it to boil till mutton gets tender.
  3. For the gravy take Coriander and mint leaves. Grind it adding water. Make a paste.
  4. Now take a wok. Add oil.
  5. Add kaju paste. Saute for a minute.
  6. Add Coriander and mint paste, green chilly paste and salt.
  7. Cook it till gravy becomes little thick.
  8. Add jeera powder and lemon juice. Mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes. You can add water as required.
  9. Hariyali boti is ready. Serve it with Naan or bread.
