When you are bored of daily simple paratha and you want something different, so this paratha gives you lots of taste &flavours and very much healthy for Breakfast &Brunch

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 200 gm palak
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 4 chopped green chilli
  4. Wheat flour dough [a semi soft dough kneaded, with wheat flour, salt and water]
  5. Butter 4tbsp
  6. Raita:-
  7. Curd 1 cup
  8. Veggies as per your choice.

Instructions

  1. Blanch the spinach. Take a bowl mix palak,onion,green chilli, salt
  2. Take a portion of dough, fill the stuffing mixture & reshape it. Roll it.
  3. Shallow fry the paratha with some butter on the pan. Roast well on both the sides.
  4. Paratha is ready
  5. For raita:-
  6. Whisk the hung curd, add veggies as per your choice. Add cumin powder and salt. Serve with the parathas.
