Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Sago
  2. 4 boiled and peeled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts
  4. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 tsp carom seeds
  6. 2 Chopped Green chillies
  7. 1 tbsp Rice Flour
  8. 1 tbsp lemon use
  9. Mustard oil to fry

Instructions

  1. wash sago many times and soaked in levelled water for 4-5 hours
  2. Crush peanuts and mix all ingredients in a bowl to make a dough...
  3. now oil your hands and make tikkis out of the dough...
  4. Add oil in kadhai, and add tikkis to hot oil . Deep fry them.
  5. Fry till golden... serve hot...it's really very delicious
