Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 200 gm rawa [semolina]
  2. 1/2 cup Ghee
  3. Mustard seeds 1/2 tbsp
  4. Curry leaves 5
  5. Green chilli 2
  6. Tomato 1
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add ghee add mustard seeds, Curry leaves.
  2. Roast rawa or suji
  3. Saute for 5 minutes
  4. Add the vegetables.
  5. Stir well and cook.
  6. Now add salt &1 cup hot water
  7. Add lemon juice
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
