ABOUT Homemade Ice cream RECIPE

Everybody loves ice cream and especially when it is home made, so make this at home with this easy recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. 2ltr.milk
  2. Sugar 200 gm
  3. Kesar (soak in milk )
  4. Pista 1 tbsp
  5. Almonds chopped 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk, simmer and reduce it to half its amount.
  2. Add sugar ,stir again and cook for few more minutes.
  3. Add dry fruits
  4. Now cool the mixture to room temperature, then pour this into moulds, freeze them. Serve when completely frozen.
