Cheesey Maggi bomb makes a great snack or perfect starter in parties and will be loved by all age groups, kids will love it for sure . This receipe is a crunchy yet soft centered deep fried dish.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread pieces 10
  2. Maggi 1 packet (10rs)
  3. Grated cheese 2 cubes
  4. Butter 2 tbsp
  5. Maida flour 1 tbsp
  6. Chilli flakes
  7. Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Milk 2-3 tbsp
  9. Oregano 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Grated 1/2 Carrot
  12. Cornflour powder 1 tsp
  13. Piri Piri 1 tsp
  14. Oil to deep fry

Instructions

  1. Boil water add salt & Maggi. Drain it after boil.
  2. Make white sauce. Melt the butter add maida flour and mix well then add milk & 1/4 of the grated cheese. Make a smooth sauce. Add Piri Piri oregano powder.
  3. Take a bowl put maggi & add lil taste maker as per taste, oregano, 1/4 grated cheese of the stock, grated carrot, chilli flakes, black pepper, salt and white sauce. Mix well.
  4. Take a piece of bread dip in water and squeeze them. Add 1 tbsp white sauce maggi and make a ball size structure.
  5. Refrigerate it for 15mins. After 15mins coat it with Cornflour powder.
  6. Heat oil in a kadahi for deep fry. After that slowly put all the balls in the oil.
  7. Fry them in medium to high flame when they turn golden or brown in colour. Drain them well in kitchen tissue.
  8. Serve hot with the ketchup as a starter in parties.
