Ingredients to make Cabbage quisedellas

  • 1 cup grated cabbage
  • 4 wheat chapatis
  • 2tbs chopped onions
  • 3 tbs ground peanuts
  • 2 TBS chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup mozeralla cheese
  • 2 tbs tomato ketchup
  • 2 tbs schezwan sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1tsp Black pepper
  • salt according to taste

How to make Cabbage quisedellas

  1. First grate the cabbage and put little salt into it and put aside..
  2. After that squeeze all the water from the cabbage and mix all the ingredients except cheese.
  3. Meanwhile medium heat the non-stick pan and arrange one chapati into it.now spread the cabbage mixture and sprinkle it with cheese.
  4. Now arrange other chapati over it and repeat the process. So this like arrange the 4 chapatis...
  5. Now pour little oil along the sides and cover it with glass lid and roast it for 5 to 6 minutes from both the sides..
  6. Your home made quesidallas are ready..
