Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For dough-wheat flour -1cup
  2. Oil-2teaspoon
  3. Milk-1 tablespoon
  4. Water for kneading dough
  5. For carrot halwa-carrot-1/2 kg grated
  6. Milk-1cup
  7. Sugar-1cup
  8. Mawa-1/2cup
  9. Cardamom powder-1/4teaspoon
  10. For peas (mutter halwa)
  11. freash Peas-1cup boiled and coarsely grind
  12. Ghee 1/2tablespoon
  13. Milk-1 cup
  14. Sugar-1 cup
  15. Mawa-1/4cup
  16. Cardamom powder-1/4teadpoon
  17. For sweet poha-poha-1cup
  18. Sugar-1tablespoon
  19. Cardamom powder-1/4teaspoon
  20. Ghee-1/2tablespoon

Instructions

  1. First take a bowl put all the dough ingrediants and knead a medium soft dough.now cover it and keep aside,
  2. Carrot halwa- heat milk in a wide and heavy bottom pan.now add grated carrot and cook till milk has completely evaporated,now add sugar and mawa and cardamom powder,sugar will release lots of moisture,now cook till you get halwa consistancy.switch off the flame and let it cool,
  3. Peas halwa -heat ghee in a wok.add cardamom, and peas paste and saute for 10 minutes,now add milk and cook till milk has evaporated,now add mawa ,sugar and cook till you get halwa consistency,switch off the flame and let it cool.
  4. Sweet poha first wash poha and drained out water and keep aside,now heat ghee in a wok add cardamom powder,now add sock poha and saute for 2 minutes ,add sugar and mix well.niw cover it and cook on slow flam for 2 minutes,switch off the flame and let it cool.
  5. Now make 4 equal size balls with dough and roll them with rolling pin.
  6. Take one chapati apply butter,now spread sweet poha over to it and cover with another chappati and seal the corners .now heat nonstick tawa.place the poha parantha on tawa and cook both side.now take out in a plate.spread peas halwa on it and cover with another chappati and seal the corners .now flip it and spread carrot halwa and cover with another chappati and seal the corner ,now layer parantha is ready for cook.heat nonstick tawa place the layer parantha on it and apply some butter and cook both side on slow flam till brown and crispy,
