Again an easy dessert on the way, this an easy pudding recipe with a rare name. This was the first pudding I made after marriage, it was a hit back then and even till today. It has a royal taste that your guests will surely notice.To set it fast you can keep it in the freezer for a while.

Ingredients to make Tropical Freeze Or Coconut Pudding

  • 1 tin Condensed milk
  • 2 tins Puck cream
  • 3 cup Thick coconut milk
  • 10 gms Gelatine
  • ĵ cup water
  • ½ tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 drops Red food color
  • For the topping:
  • A few crushed Nuts or Biscuit

How to make Tropical Freeze Or Coconut Pudding

  1. In a steel cup soak the gelatine in water and keep aside. Take a bowl, add the condensed milk and cream and beat it well with a spoon. Now add the vanilla essence and mix well, then add the coconut milk and beat it again.
  2. Now add the color, and double boil the gelatine. Mix the gelatine to the coconut milk mixture and blend it well using a spoon. Pour this in a pudding dish and keep it to set in the fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
  3. Once it is set, top it with crushed nuts, biscuits or even some fruits.
