Coconut Icecream


  • 1 tin Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 1 tin Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • For the Topping:
  • Caramelised Nuts Toasted
  • Toasted Dessicated coconut with sugar


  1. Freeze the evaporated milk till it has a thick and creamy consistency. Then beat this till it is fluffy. Now add the condensed milk, coconut cream and vanilla essence to this and beat again. Now pour this into a container and close it well.
  2. Keep this in the freezer for a few hours.Then take it out and beat once again with a fork and keep it back in the freezer. Let it freeze for 5 to 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Garnish with crushed caramalized nuts and toasted sweetened dessicated coconut before serving.
