About Coconut Icecream Recipe

An icecream recipe for all the kids to enjoy and celebrate their birthdays! This is an easy icecream recipe with very less ingredients.

Coconut Icecream

Ingredients to make Coconut Icecream

  • 1 tin Evaporated Milk
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk
  • 1 tin coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • For the Topping:
  • Caramelised Nuts Toasted
  • Toasted Dessicated coconut with sugar

How to make Coconut Icecream

  1. Freeze the evaporated milk till it has a thick and creamy consistency. Then beat this till it is fluffy. Now add the condensed milk, coconut cream and vanilla essence to this and beat again. Now pour this into a container and close it well.
  2. Keep this in the freezer for a few hours.Then take it out and beat once again with a fork and keep it back in the freezer. Let it freeze for 5 to 6 hours or overnight for best results.
  3. Garnish with crushed caramalized nuts and toasted sweetened dessicated coconut before serving.
