ABOUT Rava Uttapama RECIPE

This is a perfect breakfast made with semolina.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 750 gms of semolina( Rava)
  2. 100 gms of yogurt
  3. 3 Onion
  4. 2 Tomatos
  5. 4-6 Green chilli
  6. curry leaves
  7. 1 tsp musterd seeds
  8. Some oil
  9. 1 tsp Dhanajiru powder
  10. Pinch of garam masala
  11. Salt

Instructions

  1. In a vessal, make a batter of yogurt ,salt and water mixture with semolina. Heat oil in a pan and then pour a ladle of the mixture. Then spread some mustard seeds, curry leaves and finely chopped onion and tomatoes.
  2. Now make a mixure of Dhanajiru powder and pinch of Garam masala and salt. sprinkle this on the uttapam.
  3. Now cook Rava Uttapama on Non-stick pan, on both the sides. Serve with some chutney.
