A super easy peasy one that can be whipped up with utmost ease. A perfect brunch idea for the people on the go. It not only saves your precious time but also tastes delicious. You can play around with the ingredients in this one by adding or removing one or more ingredients and substituting them with your choice. Happy Brunch Time Folks !!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Salted crackers 2 packs
  2. Cucumbers finely chopped 2
  3. Onions finely chopped 2
  4. Tomatoes finely chopped 2
  5. Green chillies finely chopped 2
  6. Coriander leaves finely chopped a fistful
  7. Salt 1 tsp
  8. Yoghurt 1/2 cup (optional)
  9. Dates and tamarind chutney 1/2 cup
  10. Sev 1/2 cup
  11. Khara Boondi 1/2 cup
  12. Chat masala 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Keep all the chopped veggies ready.
  2. Keep the biscuits also ready.
  3. Break them into two.
  4. Now for the assembling of the chaat, add all the biscuits to the serving platter.
  5. Add in the chopped veggies.
  6. Followed by the sev,boondi,yoghurt and the chutney.
  7. Sprinkle some chat masala and some roasted cumin powder on top
  8. Serve immediately.
