It's a light snack perfect as a party starter. Apart from that it's health and tasty. I have made it in light way so that easy to digest .

Ingredients Serving: 2
8 to 10 soya chunks
1 onion chopped finely
1 onion chopped as petals shaped or dices
2 tomatoes pureed
1 tomato chopped as petals or diced
Two tomatoes sliced round shaped for garnishing
1 capsicum chopped finely
2 to 3 garlic chopped finely
2 spoons of tomato ketchup
1 spoon of green chill sauce
1/2 spoon of soya sauce
1 spoon of readymade tomatoes puree
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon chat masala
1 tea spoon Italian seasoning
salt as per taste
1/2 tea spoon white sesame seeds
4 spoons of olive oil
Instructions
Firstly soak soya chunks in water for for 10 to 15 minutes.
After soaking soya chunks for 10 minutes now drain the water out of them and boil the chunks for 5 minutes in plain water.
Meanwhile do all the chopping and cutting of vegetables.
Once chunks are boiled drain all the water from them and wash them in tap water and leave them in a plate so that moisture gets evaporated in atmosphere .
Now take a panand put a 1 spoon of olive oil into it. When oil heats put the vegetables cut in petals shaped like tomato, capsicum and onion saute them with salt and pepper.
Once vegetables get sauted take them out in plate.
Now same procedure has to done with soya chunks. Saute them in olive oil and take out in a plate
Now take another pan add two spoon of olive oil. Add some garlic into it. once garlic gets sauteed add onion ( finely chopped.)once sauteed for two minutes add capsicum.
Once all vegetables get sauteed, add tomato puree into it Cook for one minute then add one spoon of readymade tomato puree for color and richness of gravy .
Now add pepper, chat masala into gravy. cook for a minute and mix well .
Add salt also. Mix it well.
Now add the sauteed soya chunks into gravy stir well. Add all the sauces tomato, green chilli mix them well and add soya sauce.
Add little water in a gravy if required and cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Now lastly mix the sauteed vegetables into it and mix well.
Add some Italian seasoning into it and mix it well
Now serve in bowl and garnish with white sesame seeds and round shape tomatoes.
Your soya chilli ( light version) is ready to serve.
