Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Yellow Moong dal -1/2 cup
  2. Chawla ki dal-1/2 cup
  3. Split Bengal gram-1/4 cup
  4. Split black gram -1/4 cup
  5. Oil for frying
  6. Sprouted green gram -1/2 cup
  7. Cashewnu and raisins1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Green Chilli-1
  10. Ginger- 1/4 tsp
  11. Curd 2 cups
  12. Sweet and sour tamarind chutney -1 cup
  13. Roasted cumin seedes-1 tsp
  14. Salt to taste
  15. Black salt to taste
  16. Red chilli powder-1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Soak all the Dals for 3-4 hours.
  2. Hung curd for 2-3 hours.
  3. After 3-4 hours or more mix all the dals with ginger and chilli in grinder.
  4. Add salt
  5. Make smooth paste
  6. Add some water if needed.
  7. Heat oil in a pan.
  8. Pour batter in pan by spoon or hand,add sprouted moong in spoon or in batter.
  9. Add cashewnuts and raisins too in spoon.
  10. Fry on medium heat til light brown.
  11. Make all vade like this.
  12. Remove on paper .
  13. P.late when u want to eat
  14. Pour curd and tamarind chutney on vada according to your taste.
  15. Sprinkle red chilli powder,black salt,roasted cumin seeds.
  16. Add green chutney if u like .
  17. Your dahi vade is ready.
