Pour batter in pan by spoon or hand,add sprouted moong in spoon or in batter.
Add cashewnuts and raisins too in spoon.
Fry on medium heat til light brown.
Make all vade like this.
Remove on paper .
P.late when u want to eat
Pour curd and tamarind chutney on vada according to your taste.
Sprinkle red chilli powder,black salt,roasted cumin seeds.
Add green chutney if u like .
Your dahi vade is ready.
