ABOUT Cheesy Harabhara balls RECIPE

Spinach is full of vitamins so in harabhara cheesy balls i have used spinach.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Half cup spinach puree
  2. One Cup grated Paneer
  3. One cup boiled and mashed potato
  4. Three green chill paste
  5. One tbsp gingergarlic paste
  6. Salt to taste
  7. One tbsp garam masala
  8. One tbsp redchlii powder
  9. One tbsp amchoor powder
  10. Half tbsp oregano
  11. Half cup bread crumbs
  12. For stuffing .....
  13. Cheese cut in small pieces
  14. For dusting- bread crumbs
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. For spinach puree
  2. Blanch spinach, then remove extra water with the help of hands. Then make puree .
  3. In mixing bowl take potato and add spinach puree and green chilli, Ginger garlic paste. Mix well.
  4. Add all ingredients mentioned above and mix well
  5. Now take small portion of ready potato and spinach mixture and make hole .Stuff a piece of cheese and cover this and make small round balls.
  6. Than dust ready balls with bread crumbs .
  7. Now heat oil and deep fry ready cheesy Harabhara balls .
  8. Serve hot with sauce
  9. Enjoy
