Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup macroni
  2. 1 cup chopped pineapple
  3. 2 pineapple rings
  4. 2 tbsp Butter
  5. 1 tbsp flour
  6. 1 1/2cup milk
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. Salt
  9. Pepper to taste
  10. 2 cheese cubes
  11. chilli flakes to taste
  12. Parsley /coriander leaves
  13. Cherries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil macaroni in water.add some oil in water
  2. When boiled, strain it.
  3. Take a pan and add butter.
  4. Take flour and roast till cooked.
  5. Then add milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps
  6. Add salt and pepper and sugar
  7. Add flakes, pineapple and macroni
  8. Mix all of them
  9. Grease a baking dish and pour all the mix
  10. Top with pineapple slices
  11. Grate cheese and sprinkle flakes
  12. Bake in preheated oven till cheese melt
  13. Garnish with parsley or coriander
  14. Add cherries and serve hot
