  1. Whole wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Salt
  3. Urad daal powder 1 tablespoon
  4. Magrail ½ teaspoon
  5. Water
  6. oil

Instructions

  1. Mix Whole wheat flour,Salt,mangrail, 2 tablespoon oil together.
  2. Make dough with water
  3. Keep aside for 15 minutes
  4. Take big ball dough make chapati
  5. And cut shown in image
  6. Deep fry puriya
  7. Ready your samosa shaped khasta puriya.
  8. Happy cooking
