Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Wheat Flour
  2. oil
  3. 100 gms paneer
  4. 2 green chilly
  5. green coriander
  6. Salt (as required)
  7. Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup of wheat flour and mix salt, 1tsp oil and make it a dough with the help of water
  2. Let it rest for 5 minutes
  3. Grate paneer and add chaat masala, salt ,chilly powder and coriander
  4. Make a round shape of flour and stuff it with the paneer mixture.
  5. Put it in tawa and let it turn golden brown.
  6. Cut it and garnish it with curd or pickle.
  7. Your breakfast is ready. Enjoy!
