ABOUT Masala munch RECIPE

Salted masala semiyan, a perfect evening snack. Follow this easy recipe to make this at home.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 250 Gm semiyan
  2. One cup chopped onions
  3. One cup chopped tomatoes
  4. One cup sweet corn
  5. One cup peas
  6. Green chilli
  7. Salt
  8. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  9. Two tbl spoon oil
  10. One tbl spoon Maggie masala
  11. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Take all the ingredients
  2. Put a pan add oil saute onion and chilli .
  3. Add all the vegetable and cook for five minutes
  4. Add dry masala
  5. Add semiyan
  6. Add salt
  7. Lastly add Maggi masala
  8. Add water and cook for 7 to 8 minutes
  9. Cook till it becomes dry
  10. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot
