Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour or maida 50 gm
  2. Egg 2
  3. Granulated sugar 50 gm
  4. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  5. For icing
  6. Whip cream 2 cup
  7. Icing sugar 2 tsp
  8. Red food color few drops
  9. green food color few drops
  10. Vanilla essence Few drops

Instructions

  1. Sieve maida in siever.
  2. Beat the egg with electric beater at least 15 minutes (beat only in One Direction). Add sugar and beat until mix well and mixture becomes fluffy.
  3. Add 1 tbs maida in beaten egg-sugar mixture. And complete this procedure till wet and dry mixture mixed. Add vanilla essence and beat for few minutes.
  4. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
  5. Grease the baking tin with generous amount of butter. Spread the cake batter into the tin.
  6. Bake the cake for 25 minutes or until the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. When done take out from oven and put on cooling rack at least 1 hour.
  8. Take whip cream in a bowl add icing sugar and few drops of vanilla essence. Beat till fluffy.
  9. Take another 3/4cup whip cream add red colour and beat till fluffy.
  10. Add green colour in remaining 1/4 cup) whip cream and beat till fluffy
  11. Cut the cake into two parts. Apply white whip cream in middle layer of cake. Put another layer of cake and apply again.
  12. Cover whole cake with white whip cream using palate knife. Pour pink and green whip cream in piping bag. Make edges with pink whip cream.
  13. Using flower stand make rose with pink cream and leaves with green cream.
  14. Serve in your party and get appreciated.
