This is a superb healthy and delicious recipe which is perfect for brunch

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Chopped onion 1/4cup
  2. Chopped capsicum 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped red Bell pepper 1/4 cup
  4. Chopped tomato 1/4cup
  5. Sweet corn kernel 1/2cup
  6. Chopped green chilli
  7. Sugar 1/4tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4tsp
  10. Cheese slice 2-3 (optional)
  11. Soaked moong dal( split green gram) 2cup
  12. Soaked chana dal( split Bangal gram) 1/2cup
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Baking Soda 1/4tsp
  15. Oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. First grind both dal and make fine paste .. and take out in a big bowl
  2. Now grease baking tin .
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients in dal paste except cheese .
  4. Now half of the vegetables and dal mixture pour in greased baking tin .. and then put cheese slice on it (if you don't like cheese skip it)
  5. Now pour remaining mixture on cheese slices and cover fully
  6. Now bake it in a preheated oven on 200℃ for 15-20 . .. or until baked completely ..
