Again a healthy and energetic recipe for whole day,which energise whole day and mouth melting with it's taste.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup mixed sprout grains (soaked 1 day before)
  2. 1 cup oats
  3. 1/4 cup sweet corn
  4. 3 tsp roasted chick pea flour
  5. 3/4 cup cabbage chopped
  6. 1/4 cup boiled coarsaly mashed green peas
  7. 2 tsp dill leaves chopped
  8. 2 tsp mint leaves chopped
  9. 3 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  10. 2 garlic cloves chopped
  11. 1/2 inch ginger chopped
  12. 1 onion chopped
  13. 2 Green chilli chopped
  14. 1 tsp roasted coriander seeds
  15. 1 tsp Roasted Cumin Powder
  16. 1 tsp chat masala
  17. 1/4 tsp all spice powder
  18. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  19. Salt as required
  20. oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Take one day before soaked mixed sprouts grains and drain water from it,and transfer this in a mixer jar,add sweet corn in it and grind it coarsely,and transfer in a big bowl to mix other ingredients.
  2. Now take oats and also grind it coarsely and add in sprout mixture.
  3. Now add roasted chickpea flour,and boiled green peas and cabbage in it.
  4. Add fresh coriander,mint,dill leaves,chopped ginger,garlic,onion and green chilli one by one in it.
  5. Add roasted coriander seeds,roasted cumin powder,chat masala,all spice powder,lemon juice and finally add salt in it and mix well.
  6. Now heat oil in deep pan and drop the mixture in small amount carefully,don't disturb here the bites other wise it will start to break,
  7. When one side nicely Cook then flip it to cook other side.Keep gas in medium flame.
  8. When both side cook separate from hot oil and keep it in tissue paper to soaked excess oil.
  9. Now serve this mini hot bite with green pudina chutney.
