Ingredients to make Bread And Fruits Pudding

  • 3 Slices bread
  • ½ liter Milk
  • 1 Egg
  •  tin Condensed milk
  • 1 Plaintain (Nethra pazham)
  • 1 Big apple
  • ĵ cup Chopped pistachios
  • ĵ cup Chopped badams
  • 2 tsp Desicated coconut

How to make Bread And Fruits Pudding

  1. Cut the bread into small squares. Grease a bake tin. Spread the pieces of bread in the tin evenly.
  2. In a bowl mix milk, egg and condensed milk and beat well with a spoon. Now add the chopped plaitains, chopped apples and chopped nuts in this milk mixture and mix well.
  3. Now pour this milk mixture evenly all over the bread. Put the desiccated coconut over this mixture. Preheat the oven at 200 degree centigrade for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake this at 180 degree centigrade for 30 to 35 minutes or it is done. This can be steamed in a steamer also for 40 minutes. Allow it to cool and cut into pieces and serve.
