ABOUT Fried Rice RECIPE

Fried rice is a Chinese recipe made by mixing all veggies with rice.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basmati rice - 1cup boiled
  2. Oil - 2tablespoon
  3. Garlic - 2cloves chopped
  4. Salt - as per taste
  5. Black pepper powder -2tablespoon
  6. Mix veggies - 1cup (capsicum,carrot,french beans,cabbage,onion)
  7. Soya sauce - 2tablespoon
  8. Vinegar - 2tablespoon
  9. Green chillie sauce - 1tablespoon

Instructions

  1. SAUTE 1 TBSP GARLIC IN HOT OIL
  2. ADD 1 CUP CHOPPED VEGGIES & SAUTE FOR 5-6 MINS
  3. ADD SALT
  4. ADD VINEGAR & GREEN CHILLI SAUCE TO TASTE
  5. ADD BLACK PEPPER POWDER
  6. ADD 1 TBSP SOYA SAUCE
  7. ADD 1 CUP BOILED RICE & MIX
  8. COOK IT ON HIGH FLAME FOR 2-3 MINS
  9. FRIED RICE IS READY TO SERVE
