Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup atta
  2. Paneer 200 gm
  3. Cheese 3 cubes
  4. 1 medium onion
  5. Ajwain 1 tsp
  6. oil 2 tbsp
  7. salt as per taste
  8. Corriander leaves
  9. Chat masala 2 tsp
  10. water to knead dough
  11. ghee

Instructions

  1. Firstly take atta in large bowl, add salt and oil.
  2. With the help of water knead and make soft dough like for chappati
  3. Now for stuffing
  4. Take paneer, grated cheese, finely chopped onion, ajwain, finely chopped green coriander, chat masala and salt as per taste. Mix all the ingredients.
  5. Now take small portion of atta and make a small chapati.
  6. Take paneer cheese stuffing put it center of chapati
  7. Now fold from all side and make a round ball
  8. Flatten it with rolling pin
  9. Take one non stick pan
  10. Put stuffed chapati n roast it with ghee from the side
  11. Serve it with makkhan and curd
  12. I did with tomato ketchup
