Smoked bacon are wrapped around cream cheese stuffed jalapeno and then roasted in the oven

Ingredients Serving: 4

Bacon (smoked) : 1 pack
Jalapenos : 6-8 or more
Cream cheese : 1 small pack
Salt and pepper for seasonings (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375F.
Wash and slit the jalapeno into halves, scoop out the membranes and seeds with the help of a spoon.
Stuffed each half of the jalapeno with cream cheese.
Wrap a slice of bacon snugly around the jalapeno and secure it with a toothpick.
On an oven proof baking dish or you can use foil too, arrange the bacon and roast it in oven for 20 minutes.
Served hot with chipotle flavored mayo or any other dipping sauce.
