Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 200 gms Paneer cut into small pieces
  2. 2 big Capsicum chopped into long strips
  3. 2 big tomatoes chopped in long pieces
  4. 1 big bowl hung Curd
  5. Orange colour a pinch
  6. 1 tsp garam masala
  7. Haldi a pinch
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 1 tsp maida
  12. 1 tsp kasturi methi

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix hung Curd, Haldi,Orange colour,red chilli powder; salt n garam masala n 1 spoon maida.
  2. Mix all the Masala with a spoon
  3. Add Paneer pieces in the Curd mixture.
  4. In a pan heat oil.Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum.
  5. Stir fry the vegetables and add the Paneer dahi mixture in it.
  6. Stir it.
  7. If water is needed add little water to make a semi thick gravy consistency.
  8. Boil for five minutes
  9. Don't overcook.
  10. Sprinkle kasturi methi and transfer the subji to the serving plate.
  11. Serve Piping hot subji with Nan, Salad n Raita.
