Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Banana 4 ( big) about 750 grams.
  2. Milk 3 1/2 cup
  3. Oats 1 1/2 cup
  4. Sugar 1/ 2 cup
  5. Walnut kernels 3 tbsp
  6. Butter 1/2 cup
  7. Cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  9. To caramelize.
  10. Apple 3
  11. Pear 2
  12. Butter 3 tbsp
  13. Sugar 1/2 cup + extra 1/4 Cup if you want more caramel sauce.
  14. Lemon zest. 1 tsp
  15. Lemon juice of 1 lemon.
  16. Five Spice powder 1/2 tsp
  17. Corn starch 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Crumble bread pieces with hand.
  2. Add oats.
  3. Break walnut kernels in small pieces and add. Add milk and mix well.
  4. Add Sugar and keep it for 10 minutes.
  5. Preheat oven at 175 C. Chop Banana and add to the mixture.
  6. Add melted ( do not heat) Butter, Cinnamon powder and Vannilla essence.
  7. Grease a baking tray, pour the Pudding mixture and bake for 40 minutes.
  8. Check after 40 minutes. If you feel can bake for another 5 minutes.
  9. Take out from the oven and keep it to come to room temperature.
  10. You can serve at room temperature or can cool in refrigerator and serve.
  11. To prepare Caramelized fruits.
  12. Heat butter in a pan. Add Sugar and chopped Apples.
  13. Saute for 5 to 7 minutes. You can add little water if you want more sauce.
  14. After 5 minutes add five spice powder and add lemon juice to it.
  15. Remove the Apples and add chopped Pears. Caramelize them too.
  16. Serve your Pudding with Caramelized Apples and pear.
  17. Enjoy this heavenly dessert after your meal.
