ABOUT Dum Allu RECIPE

It is perfect for dinner on festivals. It is eaten with parantha and cooked with chopped tomatoes & onion.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled baby potatoes 1 cup
  2. Garlic ginger chilli paste 1 table spoon
  3. Mustard seeds and cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. Chilli powder 1 table spoon
  6. Oil 2 table spoons
  7. Turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  8. Onion and tometo gravy 2 table spoons
  9. Sugar 1 table spoon
  10. Kitchen king masala 1 tea spoon
  11. Semi crushed peanuts 2 table spoons

Instructions

  1. Take pan. Add oil , add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
  2. Now add onion and tomato gravy. Stir it properly. Add garlic ginger chilli paste. Mix it well.
  3. Add chilli powder, salt, sugar, turmeric powder and kitchen king masala.
  4. Let it cook until oil comes out.
  5. Now add boiled baby potatoes. And semi crused peanuts.
  6. Put it on slow flame for 5 minutes
  7. Serve with parantha.
