Take cauliflowers and cut off the hard central stem . Take hot water in a pan and add salt, turmeric and head of cauliflower.
Blanch till the cauliflowers are softened a little.Transfer the cauliflowers to a large colander and let cool.
Take the oil in a kadahi heat and add tejpatta ,doda, loung and jeera.
Add onions and fry till transparent. Add Ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and fry till it becomes soft and mushy.
Add all the masala powders and fry in medium flame for 2 minutes .
Add curd saute till oil separates. Add a little water .Simmer for a minutes .
The consistency should be thick.
Stuff a little of this gravy in between the cauliflower florets and stems. Keep aside .
Add potato wedges and some water to the remaining gravy to get a desired consistency
Now Place the stuffed cauliflower in a baking dish.
Slowly drop the gravy on top to cover the entire head of the cauliflower.
Some gravy will fall on the side and heat through in a microwave for 3 minutes.
garnish with coriander leaves and green chilli .
