Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Any salted biscuits- 20
  2. (1) for stuffing :
  3. Chicken- 250 gm
  4. Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  5. White vinegar- 1 tsp
  6. Green chilly- 3 to 4
  7. carrot- 1 grated
  8. Capsicum- 1 grated
  9. French beans- 1/4 cup finely chopped
  10. Water- 4 cup
  11. Masala Ingredients: Cumin- 1/2 tsp
  12. Curry leaves- 6 to 8
  13. Ginger- 1/2 inch
  14. Garlic- 2 pods
  15. Oil- 2 tbsp
  16. Ghee- 1 tbsp
  17. All purpose flour or maida- 1/2 cup
  18. Green chilly sauce- 1 tbsp
  19. Coconut (grinded)- 2 tbsp
  20. Cashew nuts- 1/2 cup (grinded)
  21. Black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  22. Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
  23. Ajino moto- as per your choice
  24. Coriander leaves- 1/4 bunch
  25. For coating: Egg- 1
  26. Bread crumbs- for coating

Instructions

  1. In a vessel, boil chicken with 4 cups of water. Add ginger garlic paste, white vinegar, green chilly, salt & all veggies.
  2. Boil it till the chicken is tender & there remains only 1 cup of water.
  3. Take it out on a plate. Shred the chicken pieces.
  4. In a pan add oil & ghee. Add cumin, curry leaves, ginger & garlic. Sauté it.
  5. Now add all purpose flour. Sauté it till light brown color.
  6. Now add green chilly sauce, grinded coconut & cashew nuts. Mix it well.
  7. Now add chicken ,veggies with stock. Mix it very well.
  8. Add cumin powder, black pepper powder, salt if needed & green chilly paste if needed & ajino moto. Mix again.
  9. Cook till the water dries.
  10. Now let it be cool.
  11. Take a pair of biscuit. Take small amount from mixture. Make a small ball. Put it on the biscuit & press it lightly. Cover it with another biscuit.
  12. Do the same procedure with other biscuits.
  13. Beat an egg in a bowl.
  14. Put a pair of biscuit in egg batter, then in bread crumbs.
  15. Heat oil in a karahi. Deep fry this one by one on a high flame.
  16. Fry till golden color.
  17. Serve it hot with sauce.
