Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pomfret fish pieces- 500 gm
  2. Garlic- 7 to 8 pods
  3. Green chilly- 8 to 10
  4. Coriander leaves- 1/2 bunch
  5. Lemon juice- 1 lemon
  6. Salt- to taste
  7. Rice flour- for coating
  8. oil- for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash fish properly. Drain it.
  2. Add salt & lemon juice in it. Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  3. Mean while, grind green chillies, garlic & coriander leaves.
  4. Add this paste in fish pieces and mix well.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Roll fish in a rice flour & shallow fry it from both sides till its done or golden color.
  7. Serve it with lemon and onion rings.
