Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 CUP MANGO PULP
  2. 3 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cup sooji
  4. 1/4 cup +1 table spoon ghee for moyan
  5. 1/2 cup ghee for roasting
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl pour ghee , sooji, wheat flour. Mix all three together.
  2. Now add mango pulp in it and make a dough.
  3. Now make five equal ball from it and roll each of them 1/4" thick.
  4. Bake all of them one by one on slow flame on Tawa from both sides
  5. Let it cool completely. Now grind it in mixer jar (make powder form)
  6. Now take a pan heat half cup ghee and roast the above mix for 10 min on slow flame. Stirring continuously.
  7. Remove from pan. Let it cool.
  8. Add sugar and make laddoo's
