Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Paneer 200 gms
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 1 big size onion
  4. 5-6 garlic cloves
  5. 1small piece of ginger
  6. 2tbsp of curd
  7. 2tbsp of malai/cream
  8. 1tsp red chili powder
  9. 1tsp of dry corriander powder
  10. 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
  11. 1tsp of kitchen king masala
  12. 1/2 tsp aamchur powder
  13. 1tsp ghee
  14. 1tsp oil
  15. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  16. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. insert knife or fork in tomatoe
  2. dry roast directly on flame
  3. dry roast onions and garlic in same way
  4. dry roast capsicum also
  5. remove black part
  6. make puree of roasted veges
  7. add oil and ghee to pan
  8. as it becomes hot add cummins seeds
  9. add gravy to that
  10. add red chilly powder
  11. add dry corriander powder
  12. add turmeric powder
  13. add aamchur powder
  14. add kitchen king masala
  15. let it boil till ghee leaves the pan
  16. whisk malai and curd toghether
  17. add to gravy and let it boil for sometime
  18. add salt and mix it properly
  19. cut paneer in heart shape
  20. remove gravy in bowl
  21. in same pan add 1/2 tsp of ghee
  22. shallow fry paneer hearts
  23. garnish and add paneer hearts to gravy
  24. serve it with naan and Parathas
