My pizza is a delicious pizza lot of cheese ,lot of herbs and flavours are there in this pizza this one pizza is enough for 4 persons

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup Flour
  2. 1 cup mozrella cheese
  3. 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  4. 1/2 Cup Butter
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2-3 tsp milk
  7. 1 tsp sugar
  8. 1 tsp yeast
  9. Salt
  10. Pizza sauce
  11. oregano
  12. Chilli flakes
  13. Pepper
  14. 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Take lukewarm milk and add yeast and sugar
  2. Leave for 10 min. Till yeast activate
  3. Add egg and salt
  4. Mix them add maida
  5. Add butter and knead till smooth
  6. Now cover it and keep for one an hour till it doubled in size
  7. Grate cheddar and mozrella cheese
  8. Add salt and pepper
  9. Add garlic powder ,flakes and oregano
  10. Our mixture is ready
  11. Now take dough and devide in 4 parts for rotis
  12. Roll down all rotis 9 inch pan size
  13. Take one roti and cover it with pizza sauce.leave 1/2 inch from outside
  14. Spread cheese mix upon sauce and cover with 2 roti
  15. Do same with 3rd one and cover with 4rth
  16. Now make a round mark in center
  17. From round mark of center take a knife and cut 8 marks till out side pizza
  18. Then make a twist of every part
  19. Join one twist with another and do with all same thing.
  20. Preheat ovan and with brush give egg wash to whole pizza
  21. Sprinkle flakes and oregano
  22. Bake for 20 min on 180 degree
  23. Serve hot
