Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 large onion or 2 small
  2. 1 - 2 tbsp oil (I used olive oil)
  3. 1 - 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  4. Salt and pepper as per taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and chop off the ends. Carefully cut diagonally all over, not all the way through.
  2. Place in an glass bowl, pour oil from the top followed by balsamic vinegar.
  3. Next sprinkle some salt and black pepper on top.
  4. Cover with a foil and bake at 200 degree centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake for another 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  6. Just before serving add some balsamic vinegar and sprinkle some more salt and pepper.

can it is possible in microwave oven without convection mode??
