Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For tart -
  2. all purpose flour 1cup
  3. Chilled unsalted butter 1/3cup
  4. Honey 2tbs
  5. Baking powder 1/2tsp
  6. Lemon zest 1/2tsp
  7. Salt a small pinch
  8. Chilled water
  9. For amruit khand _
  10. Over night hunged curd 11/2cup
  11. Suger 1/2cup
  12. Honey 1/4cup
  13. Cardemom powder 1tsp
  14. Saffron 15 strainds
  15. Chopped almond and pista 3tbs

Instructions

  1. First all of we prepare amrit khand. Mix all the ingredients and mix it well and keep in freeze atleast two hour.
  2. For baking tart...In maida add salt , honey, baking powder and mix well. Keep it in freezer for 15 min.
  3. Take out from freeze and add butter cubes and lemon zest and with the help of fingertips we will mix .
  4. Don't over mash the dough
  5. According to requirement add water...Collect all the material and make a soft ball...Don't mash too much.
  6. Keep this in freezer for 15 min.cover it with cling film.
  7. Preheat oven 5 min.at 180 degree celcious.
  8. Roll the dough with the help of dollar pin...Not too thick and not too thin.
  9. Grease tart moulds
  10. Cover mould with rolled out puri. Prick with fork.
  11. Bake for 15 min.
  12. Serve tart with chilled amrit khand.
