Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 tbs spoon sugar
  2. Wheat floor 2 cups
  3. 1 tbs chilly powder
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Cilantro(coriander)
  6. Jeera 1 tbs spoon
  7. Aamchoor powder 1 tbs spoon
  8. Turmeric pinch of
  9. ginger & garlic paste
  10. Sessame seed as per requirement
  11. Cabbage 1/4 grated

Instructions

  1. Take 1 bowl add 2 cups of wheat floor & some oil
  2. Add turmeric,red chilly powder,salt,jeera,ginger & garlic paste
  3. Add grated cabbage and cilantro with few sessame seeds
  4. Mix it well and make a dough leave it for 15 minutes
  5. Roll the dough if sticky add some oil and roll over flour
  6. Make paratha in round shape,place tawa add some oil and place paratha on it cook it with spatula turn each side to cook properly
  7. Ready to serve with ketchup or chattni
